With its new Terrace on the Plaza, the Pan Pacific London hotel is bringing all that and more to the heart of The City.
Utilising its prime position on Bishopsgate Plaza, the luxury hotel has partnered with St-Germain to create an al fresco celebration of seafood and cocktails. Decked out in an abundance of seasonal blooms and foliage, the pretty-as-a-picture terrace will feature a unique menu promising a quintessential taste of summer sunshine and seashore
In keeping with Pan Pacific London’s heritage, dining options blend fresh seafood with Asian flavours across light dishes and temptingly indulgent plates including Boston lobster roll, tuna ceviche, and steamed lemongrass mussels. Don’t miss the prawn rojak salad: a delightfully delicate combination of spicy shrimp, prawns, pineapple, mooli, cucumber, and toasted peanuts.
With a selection of nibbles also on offer, whether you’re popping in for a quick pitstop or plan to settle in for an afternoon of grazing, there’s something to suit every appetite.
And to wash everything down? Alongside a selection of fine wines and beers, a special menu of cocktails and spritzes has also been created. Frozen options such as the Giselle (mezcal, champagne, raspberry, lime and agave) and the Alphonse (dark rum, coconut liqueur, mango and passion fruit) promise ultimate refreshment on warm days while classics, such as the elderflower gin and tonic and negroni, make for perfect pre-dinner tipples.
The Terrace on the Plaza will also offer two special spritzes available by the glass or carafe. Choose from the classic St-Germain Elderflower Spritz, which blends cava, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and soda water, or the St-Germain Hugo Spritz, which adds a dash of mint to the classic recipe for an extra dose of summer freshness
Open from 12pm – 9pm every day until 30 September 2023, and easily reached just moments for Liverpool Street Station, Pan Pacific London’s Terrace on the Plaza offers an ideal option for post-work drinks, shopping trip refuels and special celebrations alike.
