WHAT MAKES YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY?
I love being able to work with such a multicultural team where everyone is from all walks of life. It also gives me so much pleasure to create memorable experiences for our guests, especially when they come and stay again because of the spotlessly clean hotel and the service we provide.
WHAT REQUESTS OR TRENDS DO YOU SEE HAPPENING?
Sustainability is more important than ever within the hotel industry and it is something guests care greatly about. Our housekeeping team works hard behind the scenes to be as sustainable as possible, including replacing all single-use plastic and using environmentally-friendly cleaning products in rooms.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My biggest inspiration is guest satisfaction and working with such a passionate and amazing team, which always makes coming to work fun.
HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR TIME WHEN YOU AREN'T WORKING?
I love to spend quality time with friends and family. I love music, attending concerts, picnics in the park, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
